At Brotherhood Cornhole, every product is built with pride and precision. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

RETURNS
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, products must be in original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in original packaging. You may open the item for inspection, but all returns must include the original packaging and proof of purchase.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Some items cannot be returned, including: custom-made products (custom bags, boards, or personalized apparel), Custom Break-In Bags, sale or discounted merchandise, and gift cards. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending anything back.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for processing once your return is received and inspected.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a Brotherhood Cornhole error (defective, incorrect, or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
