The bag warranty specifically covers the seam for a period of 90 days starting from the delivery date. This aligns with the standard timeframe followed by most reputable cornhole bag manufacturers in the industry. It's important to note that due to the game's nature and the materials used, the bags will undergo wear and tear with regular use, resulting in natural degradation over time. The warranty excludes damage like material punctures, snags, frays, or other issues arising from user error or normal wear and tear.

It's worth mentioning that snags, punctures, or frays are considered regular wear and tear and may happen when bags come into contact with rough surfaces or sharp objects while playing. While these cosmetic issues may affect the appearance of the bags, they generally do not affect their usability or overall lifespan. It's advisable to follow guidelines such as keeping the play area clean, checking for sharp objects on the boards, and handling the bags gently to prevent these occurrences.

The warranty will be void if the bags are boiled or if products other than the recommended Toss Sauce are used. Additionally, using fabric softeners or unapproved solutions will nullify the warranty. It is essential to strictly follow the care instructions to maintain the validity of the warranty.

Please remember that you need to have the original proof of purchase when making a warranty claim. The warranty is specific to the original purchaser and does not cover bags obtained from resellers or won in raffles.

GENERAL PRODUCT WARRANTY
All other products sold by Brotherhood Cornhole are covered by a standard 30-day warranty starting from the delivery date, unless stated otherwise in the product description. This warranty pertains to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

In the event that a product is found to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Brotherhood Cornhole will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product with a similar item. Replacement components might include remanufactured or refurbished parts as necessary.

Please note that this warranty does not extend to damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, alterations, modifications, or acts of nature.
