Returns Policy – If the product is defective, please use our contact form and we will email you instructions on returning the product within 30 days of you receiving the order.

Refunds Policy – If the product is in new condition, customers may request a refund within 30 days of receiving their order. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the product back to our facility. Once received, we will issue a refund. There is a 15% restocking fee. There are no refunds for orders that require customization, such as logos.

Cancellations Policy – Customers may cancel an order prior to shipment of stock items and prior to manufacture of custom orders. Please contact for cancelations.
